I’m Megan.

I’m designing the future of conversation at USAA.

Nice to
meet you.

Observe me in the digital wild on my not-so-serious Instagram.

I’m a user experience strategist, facilitator, and qualitative researcher, creating valuable human-centered experiences by blending visual communication and systems thinking.

In a past life, I helped improve BNSF’s digital product experience; I redesigned an NNg award-winning intranet for Sprint; I co-led the research, strategy, and launch of a new approach to healthcare for BCBS KC; and led website design efforts for Garmin Fenix, SunnyD, and Children’s Mercy Hospital.

Aside from all this, you will most likely find me building papercraft contraptions and illustrating in my free time, losing way too much sleep watching movies all night, and working to educate others on designing for inclusivity.

I’m currently based in Austin but originally hail from the tiny, hidden town of Long Valley, NJ.

See you around.
